🎉 Congratulations to our HIA student, Bertie Chang, for being awarded the “Outstanding Delegate” in the MOFA & MOE Youth Diplomats Program! 🌍✨

Selected from among elite students across northern, central, and southern Taiwan, Bertie distinguished himself in this prestigious program. Throughout the international exchange, she stood out with her fluent English, sharp global vision, and remarkable teamwork spirit. Her outstanding performance impressed both mentors and peers, and she proudly represented HIA on the international stage.

This year, Group B visited cities such as Chicago and Houston, where students engaged with important educational and cultural institutions, explored diverse cultures, and exchanged ideas with international youth. The trip was filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful connections—bringing back not only knowledge but also valuable friendships and unforgettable experiences.

We are proud of Bertie for this honor, which also belongs to our entire HIA community. We look forward to seeing him continue to shine with a broader vision and greater impact in the future! 🌟

張宇童（Bertie Chang）同學從北、中、南三區各地菁英學生中脫穎而出，獲選參加由外交部與教育部合辦的「外交小尖兵」國際參訪計畫，並在其中展現了自信與卓越的表現。她以流暢的英語表達能力、敏銳的國際視野以及高度的合作精神，深受師長與同儕肯定，最終更榮獲「最優秀團員」殊榮！

今年 B 團參訪地點包含芝加哥、休士頓等城市，學生們拜訪當地重要的教育與文化機構，體驗多元文化，並與國際青年交流。過程中，大家熱情投入、笑聲不斷，不僅增廣見聞，更收穫了深厚的友誼與寶貴的跨國經驗。
