【HIA WASC Accreditation Journey: Growing Together Through Collaboration】

At Hsinchu International Academy (HIA), our WASC self-study and Schoolwide Action Plan have been shaped by the voices of our entire community — students, teachers, and parents — working together.

Throughout this journey, we engaged our stakeholders in meaningful reflection and open dialogue. Together, we identified strengths to celebrate, areas to grow, and opportunities to build an even stronger future for our students.

We recently gathered with our parent community to share the results of this collaborative work — a self-study report and action plan that reflect our shared hopes, experiences, and vision for HIA. Their valuable feedback and encouragement continue to inspire our path forward.

Following the parent session, we hosted a special schoolwide assembly last Friday to share our accomplishments and self-identified areas for growth with our students and staff. It was a meaningful opportunity to celebrate how far we have come — and to remind all Lions that continuous growth is a collective effort.

We are excited to welcome the WASC visiting committee to our campus in late May. This visit will be a moment to share the story of our school, celebrate our progress, and reflect on the spirit of Lion PRIDE that drives us forward.

Thank you to every student, teacher, and parent who has contributed their ideas, feedback, and heart. Together, with Positivity, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Excellence guiding us, we are building a school community where every learner can thrive.

在康乃薾國際實驗國高中（HIA），我們的WASC自我評估報告和校務發展行動計劃，凝聚了學校全體師生及家長的共同努力。

在這段過程中，我們與所有持份者進行了深入的反思與交流，共同發現學校的優勢、成長的空間以及為學生未來發展所需的機會。

近日，我們與家長社群分享了這份由大家共同產出的成果——一份反映學校願景、經驗和未來規劃的自我評估報告與行動計劃。家長們的寶貴建議和鼓勵，繼續激勵著我們未來的發展。

上週五，我們舉行了全校集會，與學生和教職員分享我們的成就與未來的成長方向。這是一個重要的時刻，讓我們共同慶祝已取得的進展，也再次提醒大家，持續成長是一個全體社群共同的責任。

我們期待在五月底迎接WASC訪視團來校，這將是一個展現學校發展故事、慶祝成就並持續反思的契機。
